Shipping & Delivery
  1. Damasq.com will only dispatch goods once FULL payment is received. Damasq.com does not offer goods on credit/lay-by nor do we allow purchasing on account.
  2. Goods will only be dispatched once payment clears and reflects in our bank account. This could take anywhere between 3-10 working days depending on whom you bank with.
  3. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure any/all packages requested from us as Damasq.com assumes no responsibility for packages once they leave our premises.
  4. Due to high occurrences of fraud, Damasq.com will NOT refund additional amounts deposited to our banking account. Kindly ensure that the amount effected is as per the invoice supplied.
  5. Damasq.com delivers all parcels using multiple delivery/courier partners. Once the item is dispatched, you will be notified with a tracking number. You may track your parcel by visiting the delivery/courier partner’s website.
  6. Delivery usually takes between 4-10 working days depending on the delivery service provider. If your parcel has not arrived within the specified time frame, do not hesitate to contact us via email: info@damasq.com.
  7. Courier costs are quoted on checkout.
  8. All orders which qualify for free counter to counter delivery (via Paxi) are subject to Damasq.com Terms and Conditions.
  9. All orders which qualify for free counter to counter delivery (via Paxi) must exceed the threshold by the total sum of the items purchased. In the event of a discount reducing your order to an amount below the free counter to counter delivery threshold, you will not qualify for free postage.
  10. To qualify for free counter to counter delivery (via Paxi), Damasq.com takes into account the total value of purchased items excluding postage and packaging.
  11. If your order contains an item which qualifies for free shipping, you will not be charged any shipping fees**
  12. If your shopping basket contains any items with waiting periods, please note that your order will only be shipped once we have received all products from our suppliers unless otherwise agreed upon.
  13. All orders which qualify for free counter to counter delivery via Paxi will qualify for standard delivery unless stated/arranged otherwise.
  14. At Damasq.com we cannot guarantee the delivery of time-sensitive orders due to delays or unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control once the order leaves our premises.

Returns & Replacements
  1. Upon receiving your order, you have 24 hours within which to inform Damasq.com of any errors/discrepancies/returns. An email must be submitted to info@damasq.com detailing the exact nature of the problem/s. Should we not receive communication via email within 24 hours of receipt of your package, it will be assumed that there are no returns/errors/defective products.
  2. Damasq.com will not reimburse incorrect orders submitted to us or allow changes/exchanges unless the error is on the part of Damasq.com
  3. Damasq.com will not exchange or refund products which have been damaged/altered due to an action of the purchaser. This includes ironing, normal wear and tear, storage of products etc.
  4. In the event of a product being returned, postage costs are for the account of the purchaser unless the return is as a result of an error on the part of Damasq.com

Q: How do I purchase from Damasq.com? A: Purchasing from Damasq.com is done by selecting the items you wish to purchase from our website. Simply click, ‘Add to Basket’ and once you are done, simply checkout. You will be asked for relevant details and will receive order confirmation at the email address you supply us with. We will dispatch your order once we receive confirmation from our bank of full payment in our bank account.
